Details : Do you find yourself sometimes wishing you were more focused and less easily distracted by other things? From the basics of being able to get started in the first place to maintaining concentration on study, we can all hone our procrastination ‘skills’, sometimes to our detriment. In response to many requests, this new workshop takes a look at some of the reasons for procrastination. In it you will help develop a toolkit to streamline efficiency, making you as effective as possible. Whether you’re preparing for a forthcoming EMA or exam, or are relatively new to study, there will be strategies to help everyone to just get on with it!
